Not a Damn Chance Burger returns to Resorts World Las Vegas

2 July 2025

(PRESS RELEASE) -- NADC (“Not a Damn Chance”) Burger, the cult-favorite Wagyu cheeseburger concept from professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Chef Phillip Frankland Lee, known for his Michelin-starred Scratch Restaurants Group, is heading to Las Vegas for three-months at Resorts World Las Vegas. NADC will open its doors on Thursday, 10 July , and will be located in the Sun’s Out Buns Out space next to the Conrad lobby, operating 24 hours a day.

The Las Vegas pop-up will follow NADC’s successful fast-casual model, offering its streamlined, perfected menu: the signature 100% Wagyu beef burger, beef tallow fries, and a Las Vegas-exclusive Breakfast Burger crafted just for this location.

This is not the first time Scratch Restaurants Group has made waves in Las Vegas. Last year, NADC and their omakase-inspired tasting menu concept, Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, was at Resorts World for a limited run and proved to be a standout hit during “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” week.

“After our first pop-up in Vegas, we knew we had to come back—this time for something longer term,” said NADC Co-Founder Neen Williams. “We love the energy here, the people are incredible, and we knew NADC was the perfect fit. I’m excited to bring something bold and fresh to the Strip and for everyone in Vegas to get a taste of NADC.”

At the heart of NADC Burger’s menu is the flagship menu item, NADC Burger: two patties of 100% Wagyu beef, seared to perfection and packed with rich flavor. Grilled onions are smashed into the meat for added flavor, then layered with melted American cheese, house-made secret sauce, pickles, and a touch of jalapeños, piled high on a classic toasted potato roll. Guests can elevate their burger experience with beef tallow fries or the Beast Mode fries, loaded with cheese, pickles, jalapeños, and special sauce. New to the menu is the Breakfast Burger, featuring a 100% Wagyu patty, American cheese, pickles, special sauce, bacon, and a fried egg – available throughout the day.

An exclusive menu item for the Vegas location is the Breakfast Burger, featuring a 100% Wagyu patty, American cheese, pickles, special sauce, bacon, and a fried egg – available throughout the day. Guests can also enjoy a selection of beverages with their order, including bottled sodas, coffee, orange juice, mimosas, beer and canned cocktails.

“Coming back to Las Vegas with NADC Burger feels like a full-circle moment,” says Phillip Frankland Lee, co-owner of NADC Burger. “I grew up visiting Vegas with my parents and always dreamed of opening a restaurant in a casino. To see that dream begin to take shape—starting with a pop-up at a premier Strip destination like Resorts World—is a milestone moment.”

“At Resorts World, we’re committed to showcasing culinary talent that offers something bold and original,” said Josef Wagner, Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage and Hospitality at Resorts World Las Vegas. “Chef Phillip and his team delivered an unforgettable experience during their first pop-up, and the response was phenomenal. The NADC team has not only created an incredible burger but also an authentic experience. We are thrilled to welcome Chef Phillip, Neen and the entire NADC team back to RWLV.”

NADC Burger Las Vegas joins a growing lineup of locations in Austin, Chicago, New York, Denver, Fort Worth, Dallas, and beyond — all driven by a simple mission: to make the perfect double cheeseburger.
