North Star Casino welcomes new Hospitality Director13 February 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- "The Midwest’s Friendliest Casino,” North Star Mohican Casino Resort proudly welcomes Hospitality Director Hicham Jaddoud to the team. With over two decades of management experience in food, hospitality and gaming, in addition to working with prestigious brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Jaddoud brings with him a wealth of knowledge and leadership. In college, Jaddoud worked as a Banquet Manager in the South of France. This experience sparked his interest and a passion was born. “My passion for this business comes from the heart. This isn’t a job for me, it is a way of life! I am thrilled to be a part of the team,” said Hicham Jaddoud, new Hospitality Director of North Star Mohican Casino Resort. “Hicham Jaddoud is an excellent addition to our team! I am especially impressed by his enthusiasm and level of professionalism,” said Michael Bonakdar, General Manager of North Star Mohican Casino Resort. “Service and hospitality are paramount in our business, and Hicham’s background truly complements the core values of our property.” Jaddoud attributes his passion for hospitality to his time in France, however, his parents were big influences as well. Both his mother and father worked within the hospitality industry and influenced his desire to seek a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a Master’s in Business Administration. When he is not serving others, Jaddoud enjoys the outdoors, running, reading and exploring new restaurants. Hospitality is a shared passion at North Star Mohican Casino Resort!
