Night at the Dogs Fundraiser In aid of Down Syndrome Ireland Louth/Meath

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Louth/Meath Branch of Down Syndrome Ireland in conjunction with Dundalk Stadium launched their ticket sales for the first ever Multi-Venue Family Benefit Night on Saturday 26th February 2011. Pictured at the launch are Clare Leonard, President of Down Syndrome Ireland, Brendan Stephenson, Secretary of Louth/Meath Branch of DSI & Louth County Footballer JP Rooney. This Event will take place across ten Greyhound tracks nationwide on the same evening.

The theme of the event is a good value, family friendly event to raise much needed funds for Down Syndrome Ireland nationally and locally. The funds raised will be distributed to both the national fund and to regional DSI branches. Tickets include admission to the races on the night plus a race programme and entry into a stub draw on the night!

There will be entertainment, goodie bags for children, raffles as well as all the thrill and excitement of live greyhound racing. There will be a fantastic Weekend Break for two up for grabs at Dundalk Stadium, courtesy of Select Hotels Ireland and a year's subscription for Setanta Sports along with many other spot prizes!

Family tickets to the event will cost just €20 (2 adults and up to 4 children) and individual tickets €10 which can be purchased in advance of the race night from the following outlets:
