Niagara Falls sees quarterly windfall24 October 2013NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario -- Niagara Falls received a healthy $5.6 million in receipts from its two casinos in Q3, the Niagara Falls Review reported. This windfall comes out of a recalibration of how the city is compensated from casino revenue, the report explained. The changes will see increased revenue for Niagara Falls, estimated in the range of $20 million per year, an increase on the previous fixed amount of $3 million per year, the Niagara Falls Review said. |
