NEWave and Cummins Allison produce ticket reconciliation software

24 September 2013

LAS VEGAS -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- For more than 20 years, NEWave has been creating leading and award-winning software that has helped casino operators increase efficiencies, reduce waste, enhance the bottom line, stay in compliance, and protect the operation from fines.

Now a partnership with coin, check and ticket processing solutions provider Cummins Allison is bringing blazing fast speed and absolute accuracy to casino cage, kiosk and count room ticket reconciliation.

In NEWave's booth #1236 and in Cummins Allison's booth #4954 at G2E 2013, NEWave and Cummins Allison are showing NEWave’s Ticket Reconciliation Software and imaging solutions by Cummins Allison. The powerful combination is a total reconciliation system unlike anything the gaming industry has seen before.

Ticket bar code recognition and imaging solutions by Cummins Allison work in concert with NEWave’s software development. Cummins Allison products scan and record TITO tickets at up to 1,200 tickets a minute, and NEWave’s Vault Manager software instantly provides accurate tape totals, reports of redeemed tickets, and electronically balances at end of each shift.

All totals are automatically put into NEWave’s Audit Manager software for easy auditing down the road. The software quickly and accurately provides tape totals for the front cage windows on all TITO tickets, and provides tape totals for Jackpots, Fills, Table Fills, Table Credits, Scrip and Coupons. The software also electronically and automatically finds problems and helps audit/balance each gaming day.
