New York Senator Pushes for Video Lottery Terminals

NEW YORK -- As reported by News 10: ``One New York State Senator says it pays for the State to consider allowing more video lottery terminals.

``The Queens Senator says about thirty-five billion dollars is spent in New York in legal gambling operations, excluding American Indian facilities.

``He estimates that number could increase by thirteen billion dollars if Governor Pataki's proposal to create up to eight new video lottery terminal locations is adopted…"
