New York Court Won't Rehear Gambling Challenge Case

NEW YORK – As reported by the New York Business Review: "The state's highest court Wednesday refused to open a case challenging various forms of gambling in New York state to new arguments.

"Without comment, the state Court of Appeals denied a motion to rehear the complex case.

"The court decided in June that challenged forms of state-sanctioned gambling were permitted under the state constitution…"
