New Mexico Tribe Signs with Full House Resorts

NEW MEXICO – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Full House Resorts, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FHRI) ("Full House") announced today that, at its meeting on January 26, the Tribal Council of the Nambe Pueblo of New Mexico voted to select Full House as the developer and manager of the Tribe's casino project. Full House can now enter into definitive negotiations for a development and management agreement with the Tribe, which will be subject to approval by the National Indian Gaming Commission in accordance with federal law.

Greg Violette, Chief Operating Officer of Full House, stated that he is "pleased with the faith the trbal leaders have in the company" and that he is "confident that we can develop a world-class facility of which the Tribe will be proud. I'm looking forward to helping the tribe achieve the economic self- reliance that they deserve."

Governor of the Nambe Pueblo, Tom Talache, Jr., responded that "It has been a pleasure working with Greg and his colleagues at Full House over the last few months. We have gained a high level of respect and trust in that group. They have assisted us every step of the way, including the support needed to get the gaming referendum passed by the tribal members on October 2."

The Full House proposal accepted by the Tribal Council is a multi-phased Master Plan of Economic Development, which includes a full-scale casino to start, and hotel, convention center and events center to follow. Phase I plans include a 50,000 square foot facility with 500 slot machines, eight table games, three food outlets, gift shop, lounge and other amenities. An indoor amusement park to allow for family entertainment and a gas station are also planned for the first phase. Other future development that has been discussed for the tribe's 1,800 acre site on Highway 84/285 fifteen miles north of Santa Fe includes retail outlets and restaurants.

Andre Hilliou, Chief Executive Officer of Full House, commented "When we joined the company last March, we promised our Board of Directors and shareholders that we would grow the company. This is only the first step in improving earnings and share value." Lee Iacocca, a principal owner and director of Full House, commented after meeting with tribal leaders, "Governor Talache sure is a bright young man. I certainly admire his vision and enthusiasm."

Full House Resorts, Inc. develops and manages gaming facilities. The Company has a management agreement with the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi for the development and management of a first-class casino resort in the Battle Creek, Michigan area, which is presently under development. Full House also manages Midway Slots and Simulcast at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, Delaware. Midway Slots and Simulcast has a total of approximately 1,400 gaming devices, a 450-seat buffet, a 50-seat diner and an entertainment lounge area. Additionally, the Company is actively pursuing other Indian and non-Indian gaming development and management opportunities.
