New Jersey Gov. signs Internet gambling bill27 February 2013TRENTON, New Jersey -- Gov. Christie signed of an Internet gambling bill yesterday, signaling what some are calling a new era for Atlantic City casinos, the Press of Atlantic City reported. The bill was revised and makes New Jersey the third state to offer internet gambling, the report said. The bill permits Internet gambling for a ten year period, after which it must be reauthorized, the Press of Atlantic City reported.
