New Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to Break Ground

BILOXI – As reported by Gulf Live: ``The groundbreaking for the new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi will have a lot of Mississippi flavor.

``The ceremony for the $235 million development featuring a 306-room Hard Rock Hotel, Hard Rock Café and Hard Rock Casino will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at 777 Beach Blvd. across from the Biloxi Town Green.

``In addition to company executives, investors and other dignitaries, 3 Doors Down guitarist Chris Henderson and bassist Todd Harrell are expected to be on hand.

``The one in Biloxi will be only the second of its kind built, with the other one being in Las Vegas.

``…Four restaurants, a Hard Rock Live nightclub and a rooftop bar are other aspects of the construction plans…"
