New Executive Chef at Delaware Park Casino & Racing14 November 2023(PRESS RELEASE) -- Delaware Park Casino & Racing is pleased to announce the appointment of Executive Chef, Rob Gary and a series of exciting food and beverage transformations set to take place as part of the property's $10 million master renovation plan. These enhancements are designed to elevate the overall dining experience for guests and players while embracing sustainability. Chef Rob Gary, known for his innovative culinary creations and dedication to seasonal menus, will be the driving force behind the gastronomic transformation at Delaware Park Casino. Under his guidance, along with Executive Sous Chef, Jake Waddington, the casino's dining establishments will offer a broad range of flavors that cater to diverse palates and seasonal tastes. Gary previously held the position of Executive Chef at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. Additionally, Delaware Park Casino & Racing is revamping its menu offerings at 1937 Brewing Co. as well as Rooney's Deli, introducing expanded breakfast selections for early risers. Guests can also expect more concept changes and enhancements at the start of 2024. Furthermore, the first phase of this culinary transformation is environmentally focused. Delaware Park Casino & Racing is taking strides to reduce its environmental footprint by moving away from Styrofoam packaging and adopting more eco-friendly options, contributing to a more sustainable future. |
