Nevada Gold's Memorandum of Agreement Expires

CALIFORNIA -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) announced that its Memorandum of Agreement dated July 31, 2004 with the Timbisha Shoshone Tribe for management of the Tribe's proposed casino in Hesperia, Calif. has expired.

The Company has received an invitation from the Tribe to submit a proposal for both the development and management of the proposed casino. It is the Company's understanding that other gaming companies have also received invitations from the Tribe to submit proposals for development and management of the proposed casino.
