Nevada Gold & Casinos receives approval from Nevada Gaming Control Board

(PRESS RELEASES) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. today announced that the Nevada Gaming Control Board has recommended approval of its application for a nonrestricted gaming license in conjunction with its pending acquisition of Club Fortune Casino in Henderson, NV. The matter will now go before the Nevada Gaming Commission for consideration at their regularly scheduled meeting on November 19, 2015.

About the Transaction

The Club Fortune Casino acquisition includes a 35,000 square foot building and eight acres of land. The casino is approximately 25,000 square feet and includes over 500 slot machines, seven table games and a poker room. The facility also has a restaurant, two bars, an entertainment lounge, snack bar and gift shop. Closing is subject to customary contingencies, including approval by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
