Network Installation Awarded Vegas Contract

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Network Installation Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NWKI), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Kelley Technologies has been awarded a project for a major Las Vegas resort hotel and casino. The scope of the project includes project management, installation and deployment of communications, special effects, lighting and hardware for the resort's entertainment venues including a famous upscale nightclub and several restaurants. The project is valued at approximately $850,000.

Network Installation CEO Jeffery R. Hultman stated, "By capturing this business for one of Las Vegas' premier gaming and resort properties, we continue with our first quarter momentum. Given our consistent progress, we believe we are capable of achieving our previously stated financial objectives for 2006."
