Ne-Yo performs at Flamingo Las Vegas6 August 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Platinum-selling recording artist Ne-Yo performed at Flamingo Las Vegas’ GO Pool Dayclub on Saturday, 4 August as part of LA’s No. 1 hit music station, KIIS-FM’s, summer pool party. Arriving just before 4 p.m. with his wife, Crystal Renay, Ne-Yo kept the party going with an hour-long set, which included his mega hits “So Sick,” “Sexy Love,” “Because of You,” “Miss Independent,” and “Time of Our Lives,” among many others. R&B sensation Ne-Yo gained fame in 2004 as a songwriter for Mario’s number one hit single, “Let Me Love You.” His debut album, In My Own Words, received Platinum certification and spawned singles including “Stay,” “So Sick,” “When You’re Made,” and “Sexy Love.” His second studio album, Because of You, debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and received the Grammy award for Best Contemporary R&B Album. Its singles, “Miss Independent” and “Closer” also earned Grammy nominations. In June 2018, Ne-You released his seventh studio album, Good Man. In addition to being a prolific songwriter and recording artist, Ne-Yo has made numerous television and film appearances, most recently as a judge on World of Dance alongside Jennifer Lopez and Derek Hough, and in the blockbuster comedy Girls Trip. |
