Navajo Gaming hires experienced Chief Operating Officer

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Derrick Watchman, CEO of Navajo Gaming (The Navajo Gaming Enterprise) is pleased to announce the recent hire of Brian Parrish as Chief Operating Officer. Parrish joins an already strong executive team that oversees operations for Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort, Fire Rock Navajo Casino, Northern Edge Navajo Casino and Flowing Water Navajo Casino.

"In just five years, Navajo Gaming has grown to become a multi-million dollar enterprise," stated Derrick Watchman, CEO of Navajo Gaming. “We are at a pivotal juncture and Brian’s gaming and hospitality expertise, problem solving capabilities and ability to quickly build rapport and lead our employees will allow Navajo Gaming to continue moving forward and meet our strategic business goals.”

Parrish brings more than 26 years of professional experience in the gaming and hospitality industry to his new position at Navajo Gaming. He previously served as CEO for two casinos, Quechan Casino Resort in California and Paradise Casino Arizona. Prior to that, he was COO and Director of Sales and Marketing for Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino in New Mexico.

His role as COO at Navajo Gaming will include managing gaming and hospitality operations while structuring workforce growth and implementing the business plan. Parrish said he considers it a privilege to be a new member of the Navajo Gaming team.
