Native American Band do not have to pay city29 July 2015DULUTH -- The Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa do not have to repay the city of Duluth $10 million, according to the St Paul Business Journal. The appeals court ruling came after years of fighting over outstanding payments between 2009 and 2011, the report said. The decision may yet be appealed by the city of Duluth, according to the St Paul Business Journal report. |
