National, local eyes watch Ohio7 November 2006OHIO -- As reported by the (Cincinnati) Enquirer: "After one of the most contentious and expensive campaign seasons ever, voters go to the polls today to make decisions on races that could not only transform Ohio government, but turn the balance of power in Congress upside down.
