Multimedia Games Wins VictoryLand Contract

6 June 2005

AUSTIN, Texas -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Multimedia Games, Inc. (Nasdaq: MGAM) announced today that the Company's Players Passport player tracking system has been selected by Macon County Greyhound Park, Inc., operator of the VictoryLand dog track in Shorter, Alabama, for use in conjunction with the facility's electronic charity bingo operations. VictoryLand also plans to deploy a second component of Multimedia's MGAMe(TM) Casino Management System, Slot Reporting, which provides the necessary tools to analyze current and historical slot machine performance. In addition, VictoryLand has selected Multimedia's proprietary cashless card system as its currency standard for all vendors' player terminals at the facility.

The installation of the casino management tools at VictoryLand represents Multimedia's first deployment of MGAMe System modules in a commercial charity bingo facility. It is expected that over time, all other vendors' machines at VictoryLand will be linked to Multimedia's casino management system through its 3rd Party Gaming System. VictoryLand selected Multimedia's casino management products and cashless currency system following an extensive review of available products.

Multimedia's proprietary MGAMe System technology solutions feature a suite of tools casino operators need to increase revenues. The MGAMe System uses active player database management to analyze and optimize a slot floor, to manage marketing programs, and to track and audit monetary transactions, thereby allowing the operator to configure the casino floor to optimize profitability.

Clifton E. Lind, Multimedia's President and CEO, commented, "The selection by VictoryLand of our player tracking system and slot reporting modules extends our traction in gaining industry recognition for the attributes of our casino management tools. We now have components of the MGAMe system deployed in multiple gaming jurisdictions, including Native American Class II and Oklahoma Compact markets, the New York video lottery market, and the Alabama charity electronic bingo market. In total, we have already deployed components of the MGAMe system in fifteen facilities across these various markets.

"Furthermore, the recent selections by VictoryLand and the Chickasaw Nation of our cashless system as the currency standard for all units at their gaming operations are important endorsements of Multimedia's ability to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions to a broad range of gaming markets."

Milton McGregor, CEO of VictoryLand, said, "We are very pleased to further expand our relationship with Multimedia through the installation of their casino management offerings. We ultimately selected Multimedia's solutions from the wide range of available product choices because we determined that Multimedia's casino management tools best served our needs, and enhanced our ability to serve our customers."
