(1) "Oklahoma Compact Units" represents installations of games
pursuant to the approved gaming compact between Native American
tribes, racetracks and the State of Oklahoma, including Multimedia's
 and other vendors' stand-alone games.

The "Reel Time Bingo," "Total Class II Units" and "Total Units" totals as of January 31, 2007 reflect in part the removal of 203 units from non-Oklahoma tribal gaming facilities in January 2007, 174 of which were removed from one facility in California. Multimedia's installed base in California as of January 31, 2007 was 1,368 units. The Company had units installed at five locations in Mexico as of January 31, 2007 and December 31, 2006.

(1) "Other Compact Units" represents server-based games.

The Company is in the process of transitioning its Oklahoma linked, standard sequence bingo games and server-based compact games installed base to one-touch, stand-alone offerings. As previously reported, adverse weather in January slowed the pace of the Company's game conversions in the market, and Multimedia currently expects that the transition of the vast majority of the Oklahoma installed base to stand-alone games will be completed by early in the second half of calendar 2007.

New York Video Lottery Market:

In the New York Lottery market, Multimedia provides the central determinant system for video lottery terminals ("VLTs") at racetracks in the state, for which it receives 0.75% of the net gaming win for all units installed on the system. As of January 31, 2007, there were approximately 11,300 installed VLTs at racetracks in the state, compared with approximately 11,200 units as of December 31, 2006. The Company expects 1,500 additional VLTs will come online in New York State by March 31, 2007.
