Mt. Airy Plan on Commission Agenda

PARADISE VALLEY, Pennsylvania – As reported by the Pocono Record: "The land development plan for the proposed Mount Airy Lodge resort and casino comes before the Paradise Township Planning Commission today.

"Mount Airy will be the first item on the agenda when the planning commission meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Paradise municipal building off Route 940 in Paradise Valley, said Paradise Supervisor Reda Briglia.

"The plan, submitted to the township last month, includes hundreds of pages of charts, maps and supporting documents, including traffic studies and an environmental impact analysis.

"Township supervisors must approve the plan before the project can proceed…"
