Mount Airy Lodge Developers Granted Permit

PARADISE VALLEY, Pennsylvania – As reported by the Pocono Record: "Paradise Township supervisors have granted conditional use permits to Pocono Mountain School District and the developers of the proposed Mount Airy Lodge.

"…The Mount Airy permit pertains to work the developers want to perform near a lake off Woodland Road, next to the proposed site of a luxury hotel with attached slots casino that Dunmore businessman Louis DeNaples plans to build as the centerpiece of a $300 million gaming and entertainment resort.

"…The permits supervisors granted Thursday represent a step forward for both projects, but there is a long way to go before either receives final approval…"
