Mott 32 unveils Thanksgiving menu

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Mott 32, the award-winning authentic Chinese restaurant from Hong Kong, is offering an exclusive Thanksgiving menu for diners at the new restaurant at The Venetian Las Vegas. The special five-course menu, available only on Thursday, 28 November, is priced at $108 per person, and is available with optional wine pairings with each course for an additional $58 per person.

The Thanksgiving menu features:

- First Course: Crystal king crab, prawn & edamame dumpling
  • Wine pairing: Domaine Larocha, Chablis, 2014
- Second Course: Scallop pumpkin soup
  • Wine pairing: Château Thivin, Côte de Brouilly, Beaujolais, 2017
- Third Course: Black pepper M6 wagyu sirloin, Shanghainese pork belly, baby bok choy
  • Wine pairing: Château Malmaison, Moulise-en-Médoc, Bordeaux, 2011
- Fourth Course: Grilled black cod, yuzu miso
  • Wine pairing: Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux, Vacqueyras, 2017
- Dessert: Chinese five spice pecan tart
  • Wine pairing: Château Roumieu-Lacoste, Sauternes, 2015
Guests may choose to add on Mott 32’s signature dishes to share for their table including:
  • Apple wood roasted 42 days Peking duck “Signature Mott 32 Cut,” for $108
  • Signature 36-month acorn-fed barbecue Pluma Ibérico pork, for $42
Course add-ons are subject to availability and must be ordered 24 hours in advance.
