Money Centers of America Offers Software Solution

12 January 2006

PALM SPRINGS, California – (PRESS RELEASE) -- At the Western Indian Gaming Conference today, Money Centers of America (OTC Bulletin Board: MCAM) introduced OnSwitch, a turnkey software solution that lets casino operators insource cash access operations such as ATM, cash advance, POS debit, retail merchant card processing, automated ticket redemption, and player's club redemptions.

Historically, casino operators have engaged third party processors to handle cash access operations, with the goal of driving more cash to the gaming floor. These third party providers would install the equipment, evaluate credit transactions, and provide the cash to casino patrons who were seeking to access available sources of cash.

Now, with OnSwitch, casino operators have an extremely cost-effective solution to eliminate the middleman, capture the profits from cash access operations, and gain control of the customer experience.

Chris Wolfington, Chairman and CEO of Money Centers of America, says, "There is perhaps nothing more important to a casino's success than enabling patrons to access sources of cash and credit. Today, with the introduction of OnSwitch, Money Centers of America empowers casino operators to seize control of their own destiny and easily, quickly, and cost-effectively insource cash access operations."

Wolfington continued, "In today's competitive casino environment, operators are looking for new ways to enhance the customer experience. At the same time, casino CFOs are under pressure to cut costs and improve the bottom line. OnSwitch from Money Centers of America helps the casino industry to meet both of those crucial objectives.

"A large casino operator has the cash and resources available - today - to kick start their own money center operation with deployment of OnSwitch. There is no longer any reason to pay vendors to handle these valuable operations. Money Centers of America has proven that the return on investment on deployment of OnSwitch is easily well in the 30 - 60% range," said Wolfington.

OnSwitch is based on the Postilion software platform, which was developed by the former Mosaic Software prior to its acquisition by S1 Corporation. Postilion is at the forefront of next-generation payment processing software, driving payments for some of the largest financial services companies in the world through ATMs, POS terminals, phones, and Internet access points. Money Centers of America has secured an exclusive contract with S1 (Nasdaq: SONE) for reselling Postilion software within the gaming industry.

Chris Wolfington concluded, "OnSwitch opens a whole new market opportunity for Money Centers of America. Historically, our focus has been on providing cash access solutions to small to midsized casino operators. Today, the introduction of OnSwitch enables us to begin penetrating the multi-billion- dollar large casino market, and also elevates the company from a service provider to a solution provider."
