Mohegan Sun hosts sixth annual BBQ Fest23 May 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- It’s time to get messy at Sun BBQ Fest presented by King’s Hawaiian, Saturday, 2 June and Sunday, 3 June at Mohegan Sun. Festival goers can take advantage of barbecue-smothered favorites, full plate meals, ribs, wings and more. Live music and cooking challenges will also take place throughout the weekend for the whole family to enjoy. The Winter Parking Lot will be smokin’ with the best BBQ for Mohegan Sun guests. Experience the BBQ action as guests can vote for the ultimate best ribs followed by a wing challenge. Learn the tricks of the trade right from celebrity chef Myron Mixon, “the winningest man in barbecue.” Live music will be taking place on the main stage all weekend long and end Saturday night with a bang – a firework display begins at 9:15 p.m. |
