Missouri Lottery chooses GTECH

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island – (PRESS RELEASE)-- GTECH Corporation, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Lottomatica S.p.A., announced that it has been chosen to provide the Missouri Lottery with 550 Instant Ticket Vending Machines (ITVMs). The 24-bin Expandable Dispensing System-Quad(TM) (EDS-Q) ITVMs will replace machines already in the field, and GTECH will also provide machine service and maintenance. This award is the result of a competitive procurement process. GTECH expects to receive approximately $7 million in revenue from this five- year lease agreement, which will commence in July of this year.

In addition to a high-quality product, GTECH has extensive experience in the conversion process, and they can provide us with a seamless transition with almost no downtime."

The Missouri Lottery has been a valued GTECH customer since 1991. Since its inception, the Missouri Lottery has returned more than $2.8 billion to the state and its public education programs.
