Missouri Casino's Fate May be Decided by Auction5 October 2004MISSOURI – As reported by the St. Louis Today: "The fate of the President Casino on the Admiral could be determined Thursday, when the parent company and its creditors hold a private auction of the casino on Laclede's Landing. "Penn National Gaming Inc. already has a tentative deal to buy the gambling boat for $28 million. "Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. says it's willing to top that price, and one or more other suitors might be in the wings. "…The President Casino on the Admiral will be auctioned Thursday afternoon at the offices of Thompson Coburn LLP, the law firm representing the company in its bankruptcy case…" |
