Missouri Bingo Proposal Rejected

MISSOURI – As reported by the St. Louis Post Dispatch: "A proposal to start a statewide, big-jackpot bingo game in Missouri died in a House committee Tuesday.

"The House Tourism Committee voted 8-5 to kill the plan, which would have let halls across the state link up via satellite. Bingo patrons could have competed for large combined pots that could have topped $50,000…"
