Mississippi Landlord Approved for Casino Industry Tenants20 November 2003JACKSON, Mississippi – As reported by the Mississippi Sun Herald: "The Mississippi Gaming Commission on Wednesday approved Seaway Development Co. in Gulfport as a landlord for casino companies. "Seaway Development has four gambling industry tenants in its 40 offices and warehouses along Seaway Road, including Unidesa U.S.A., which manufactures and sells slot machines, and Dynasty Games, which distributes and buys slot machines.
