Mississippi casino announces new additions to staff

BAY ST. LOUIS, Mississippi -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Hollywood Casino Bay St. Louis announced several additions to the management team.

Rashad Wilson has been hired as Director of Planning & Analysis. Wilson joins Hollywood from Biloxi Grand Casino, where he served as Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to that position, he worked at Biloxi Isle of Capri as Corporate Financial Analyst. Wilson started his career in 2002 at the Isle of Capri in Bettendorf, IA as a Management Associate, where he cross-trained in all casino departments. In his new role, Wilson will focus on financial and operational analysis for the property.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Morehouse College in Georgia. He is currently pursing his Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Pam Ladner has been promoted to Financial Controller. In this new role, Ladner will be responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Revenue Audit, and Receiving. Ladner began her career with Hollywood Casino (formerly Casino Magic) 17 years ago as Staff Accountant. She has been promoted three times and most recently held the title of Senior Financial Analyst. Ladner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration the University of South Alabama.

Maria Salter has been promoted to Human Resources Manager. In this new role, Salter will be responsible for Wardrobe, Employee Relations, Training, Employment, Compensation and Benefits. Salter served in the United States Air Force before beginning her career with Hollywood Casino over eight years ago. She was hired as a valet runner and has been promoted five times, most recently to Employee Relations Manger. Salter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Coaching and Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and has completed the Certified Training and Development program at the college. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Business Administration.
