MIG Nevada granted license

18 May 2007

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- The Nevada State Contractors Board recently granted MIG Nevada with an Unlimited Gaming Contractor License, which allows MIG Nevada the opportunity to bid, work, and manage construction projects of any size and magnitude in Nevada.

"We are thrilled to have our Unlimited Gaming License," stated Paul Jenkins, President/CEO, MIG. "We are especially proud to have accomplished this within one year of our first awarded Las Vegas project. We look forward to building upon our mainstay presence and becoming a more integral component of the Las Vegas and Nevada gaming and entertainment construction industry."

MIG Nevada's roster of project work includes the following properties: Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, Excalibur, Luxor, MGM/Turnberry Signature Towers, and the Fountainebleau Preview Center for Turnberry West Construction.

According to the Nevada State Contractors License's website www.nvcontractorsboard.com, qualifications for a contractor's license are determined by written management and trade exams, extensive and detailed investigations of the applicants' qualifications, background, ability, experience, competence, general character, and established proof of financial responsibility. This process provides some assurance to the Board and to the public that a licensee is competent and qualified at the time of initial licensure.

In addition to the construction work the MIG Nevada organization is managing in Las Vegas, MIG Detroit is the general contractor for the Motor City Casino development in Detroit, Michigan, which is the largest awarded construction contract ever given to a 100% minority-owned contractor in the entertainment/gaming sector by a private investor in the United States. MIG recently launched MIG Gulf Coast to manage construction of gaming/entertainment, and hospitality projects in Mississippi.

MIG Detroit founded March 2000, is a comprehensive Construction Management and General Contracting firm established and operated by Paul Jenkins. MIG provides a diverse range of services bringing a wealth of solid construction experience and sound expertise to a project, regardless of the size and scope. MIG nurtures a corporate culture that encourages uncompromising trust, integrity and honesty. The integrity, together with MIG's high standard of service has allowed MIG the privilege of leading some of the highest profile projects in the United States.
