Middleboro selectmen urge governor to negotiate casino pact9 September 2008MIDDLEBORO, MA -- As reported by The Enterprise-News: "Selectmen voted unanimously to send a letter to Gov. Deval Patrick urging him to support a casino in Middleboro. "The letter urges the governor to 'commence negotiations for a tribal-state compact which would permit Class III gaming on land located in the Town of Middleboro.'
