Michael Jordan's Steak House set to open at ilani Casino28 March 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- ilani, the $510 million casino and entertainment facility set to open in Southwest Washington, has revealed the names of two restaurants that will be located within the resort. Michael Jordan's Steak House (in partnership with Cornerstone Restaurant Group) and Line & Lure Seafood Kitchen and Tap will welcome guests in line with the casino opening in April 2017. "It is an exciting opportunity to introduce ilani with the presence of these incredible dining options. We are thrilled to welcome two restaurants that truly embody our culture and values with their commitment to employees and passion for unmatched guest service. We cannot wait for guests to experience all they have to offer," said ilani's president and general manager, Kara Fox-LaRose. A major player in a highly competitive steak house market, Michael Jordan's Steak House embodies the quality and distinction its name suggests. From the menu to the service, the restaurant puts "steaksmanship" at the forefront – a belief in the steak, not the sizzle. This contemporary steak house offers both locals and visitors to the Portland metro area fine dining in a relaxed, approachable backdrop that will charm guests with its down-to-earth glamour and five-star rated menu. Michael Jordan's Steak House features hand-selected, Prime, dry-aged steaks, upscale comfort food and local seasonal favorites. In addition to craft ales and signature cocktails, it proudly offers an award-winning list of wines that range from local favorites to international contenders. It offers a seating capacity of 306, including a 24-person private dining area and an outdoor dining patio, complete with a fire pit. Line & Lure Seafood Kitchen and Tap brings the best of the local waters to the table. This will be a vibrant spot to gather for toast-worthy stories and plates piled aplenty in the spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Seasonal and indigenous seafood will be sourced at the peak of flavor, arriving to the kitchen with shipping bills and source of origin in tow. Designed and developed with the Northwest at heart, Line & Lure features regional dishes, local beers wines, signature cocktails and a fun, festive seafood boil. It offers a seating capacity of 254, including a 28-person private dining room and an outdoor dining patio, complete with a fire pit.
