Miami casino opens its doors today17 May 2020Miccosukee Resort & Gaming Center in Miami, Florida will reopen today at 9 a.m. ET. Some of the safety protocols put in place include mandatory masks, temperature checks and a total capacity of 500. Also, every third gaming machine will be available for play in order to abide by social distancing standards and the poker room and bingo operations will remain closed. "At this time, all employees returning to work have tested negative for COVID-19 and have all been trained on how to properly prevent the spread of it," said a message on the casino's website. "Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Miccosukee Resort & Gaming asks any employee or patron who is exhibiting symptoms to please remain at home for the safety of all other employees and guests." |
