MGM Springfield casino site plan "complete"23 November 2015SPRINGFIELD, Illinois — MGM Springfield's revised site plan application for a proposed $950 million casino project is now complete says the city, according to a Mass Live report. The previous site plan had been rejected as being incomplete, the report said. Now a public hearing on the new "complete" plans will be scheduled within 45 days, after which the council can vote on any amendments, the Mass Live report stated. |
