Melco express interest in Manila casino22 February 2012MANILA, Philippines AND MACAO -- Melco Crown may be interested in investing in a Manila-based casino, Reuters reported. Pagcor, the country's state-run gambling operator, has four licenses for casinos, the report said. Each license requires a minimum $1 billion investment from developers, Reuters noted. |
