Mega Million Lottery Jackpot Rises to $106 Million

UNITED KINGDOM – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The largest jackpot in the nation is growing even larger and Mega Millions players are the winners! A total of 599,250 tickets won prizes in the Tuesday, November 9 drawing. That includes five tickets that each won $175,000 and 37 tickets that each won $5,000.

When you add it all up, Mega Millions players won $3,733,576 in Tuesday's drawing. Since no ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, the excitement continues to grow for the Friday, November 12, 2004 drawing, which will have an estimated jackpot of $106 million.

Tuesday's winning numbers were: 11-20-26-28-52 and the Mega Ball number was 07.

You can't come closer to winning the jackpot than the five tickets that won Mega Millions' second highest prize of $175,000. Each matched the first five numbers and only missed the Mega Ball number. Two of those tickets were sold in New Jersey and the others in Massachusetts, New York and Virginia.
