Mecca succeeds at WhichBingo Awards

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Mecca Bingo secured a hat-trick victory at this year’s WhichBingo Awards 2018, which celebrate the best in bingo practice among U.K. online operators.

The prizes for Best Customer Service, Most Socially Responsible Operator and Best Playtech Bingo site were awarded to Mecca Bingo. This is the second year running the bingo retailer has been recognized for its customer service and social responsibility.

These awards are especially prestigious as they use the expertise of an elite panel, which includes senior figures from GamCare and the Industry Group for Responsible Gambling, among others.

Commenting on the win, Liam Smith, Director of Customer Contact, said, “We’re extremely proud to have scooped three awards at this year’s WhichBingo Awards. As a business, providing the best possible experience to digital bingo players is a major focus, particularly in terms of customer service and social responsibility, so to be successful in these categories for a second year in a row is a real achievement for us.
