MB Steak to celebrate Thanksgiving

18 October 2018

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Brothers David Morton and Michael Morton’s steakhouse, MB Steak at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas, will celebrate Thanksgiving with a choice between tradition: an elaborate turkey feast, and decadence: a flavorful Châteaubriand.

Executive Chef Patrick Munster will prepare Châteaubriand, an 18-ounce center cut filet mignon, sliced for two and served with roasted baby sweet potatoes and a sage peppercorn sauce, priced at $120. The centerpiece for the traditional dinner will be an herb-roasted turkey breast with a truffle-braised thigh and leg, accompanied by sourdough stuffing, haricots verts with roasted mushroom cream, turkey jus and cranberry port wine relish. The turkey dinner will be priced at $45 per person. A suggested wine pairing for the Châteaubriand is Antinori Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato Super-Tuscan, whereas the Yangarra Roussanne is recommended with the turkey dinner.

The full menu, which includes a wide selection of premium steaks and seafood, savory sides and indulgent desserts, will also be available. Reservations can be arranged now on the website and by calling MB Steak at 702-483-4888. MB Steak offers a complimentary private valet, accessible from Harmon Avenue.
