MB Steak to celebrate St. Patrick's Day6 February 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- MB Steak at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish dinner, beef brisket and potatoes, as well as a cocktail made with fine Irish whiskey. The traditional Irish dinner and drink will be available from Friday, 15 March through Sunday, 17 March. Executive Chef Patrick Munster will prepare stout-glazed beef brisket, served with cider-braised Brussels sprouts and colcannon Irish potatoes, prepared traditionally with cabbage and leeks, priced at $36. The featured cocktail will be the Shamrock Sour, made with Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey, Peach Schnapps and fresh lemon sour, priced at $14. MB Steak’s full menu of premium steaks, savory sides and indulgent desserts, will also be served.
