Massachusetts tribal casino plans change3 August 2007MIDDLEBORO, Massachusetts -- As reported by the South of Boston Enterprise: "The Mashpee Wampanoag tribe is now planning to build its entire casino complex all at once, rather than in phases, a tribe spokesman said today. "...Today, Wampanoag spokesman Scott Ferson said the tribe wants to move more quickly, and will begin all the construction at the same time.
