Massachusetts legislators back casino plan7 March 2008BRAINTREE, Massachusetts -- As reported by the Wicked Local News: "Two local legislators support Gov. Deval Patrick's proposal for three casinos in Massachusetts. "'It's a step forward from past proposals,' state Rep. Joseph Driscoll (D-Braintree) said on Tuesday. "...State Sen. Michael Morrissey (D-Quincy) explained to the Globe why he supports the proposal. "'Even if we say that the governor was a little overoptimistic, what about 20,000 jobs?' he said.
