Massachusetts Gaming Commission to release MGM Resorts International background check

BOSTON, Massachusetts -- The results of a background investigation on MGM Resorts International will be revealed next week by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, Massachusetts Live reported.

It will then be decided if the company are suitable to apply for a final licence for a casino in the state, the report said.

There will also be a public hearing on Wynn Resorts in Boston who face the same suitability investigation and checks, Massachusetts Live reported.
