Maryland Jockey Club president resigns29 November 2007MARYLAND -- As reported by Business First: "The Maryland Jockey Club said Wednesday Lou Raffetto has stepped down as president and chief operating officer effective immediately to pursue other opportunities. "Raffetto, who's been with the Jockey Club since 2001 and served as president since 2006, will be replaced by Chris Dragone.
