Maryland authorities conduct illegal slots raids

30 January 2009

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Maryland -- As reported by the Towson Times: "In what appears to be an investigation into illegal slot machines, Baltimore County vice detectives served search warrants on 29 locations around the county on Jan. 28.

"All of the warrants served Wednesday morning were at locations connected to Nick's Amusements, which distributes video poker and other electronic amusement devices, and Norino Properties, according to Bill Toohey, a police spokesman.
