Maryland: AG clarifies that General Assembly can expand gambling1 June 2012MARYLAND -- The Attorney General has clarified that the Maryland General Assembly can expand gambling, the Baltimore Sun reported. This clarification that no current license holder has a "property right" means that the Assembly can now consider a sixth casino license at National Harbor, the report explained.
