Manitoba Casino to Allow Smoking

WINNIPEG, Manitoba – As reported by the National Post: "A native reserve 50 kilometres south of Winnipeg plans to open a new gaming centre in January -- one where gamblers will be allowed to smoke.

"The Roseau River First Nation is taking advantage of a province-wide smoking ban that takes effect Friday.

"The ban forbids smoking in bars, casinos and other public areas, but does not apply to native reserves…"
