Man Wanted for Virginia Lottery Ticket Thefts

VIRGINIA – As reported by the Daily Press: "Police are trying to locate a Hampton man wanted in connection with recent thefts of Virginia Lottery tickets.

"Police say Phillip Montez Lewis, 34, enters businesses that sell lottery tickets and, when the counter is unattended, removes a large number of lottery tickets and flees on foot.

"…He is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs approximately 180 lbs. and has brown eyes and black hair.

"…Anyone with information that will assist police in locating Lewis is encouraged to contact the Hampton Police Division at 727-6111 or Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP…"
