MaltaToday editor found guilty of casino advert26 January 2009MALTA -- As reported by The Malta Independent: "The editor of MaltaToday, Saviour Balzan, was found guilty by an Appeals Court last week of having infringed the law when he ran an advertorial on the Dragonara Casino. "...The first court had freed Mr Balzan because it held that the law does not specify what an advert should be.
