Malta casinos bump up against strict gaming law by advertising on social media25 November 2013MALTA -- Maltese casinos are advertising on social media despite the fact it is illegal, Malta Today reported. It is illegal in Malta for casinos to advertise in any media unregulated by the LGA (Local Gaming Authority), the report said. Gaming advertising is strictly controlled in Malta and if casinos break the Gaming Act advertising controls could put their licenses in jeopardy, the Malta Today report explained. |
